TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Allyouneedvan is not responsible for any exceeded expenses beyond purchased insurance caused by an approved driver(s) or any other unauthorized driver(s) during the rental time period; hence property damage, medical or bodily injury, medical expenses and payments, any lawsuits fees related with property damages, bodily injury or medical expenses.

  • That means the designated driver(s) is solely responsible for the period of booked time for their wrongdoing in case of an accident and all expenses beyond purchased insurance.

  • Our insurance will be applied only in the case that the designated driver(s) is NOT driving under any influence of alcoholic, intoxicating substances or psychoactive drugs.

  • Every driver(s) is fully responsible for checking the technical condition and functionality of the rental vehicle before the use or act immediately during the first hour of use of the vehicle if anything does not seem to work right or correctly. 

  • Allyouneedvan is responsible for delivering the vehicle up to date with required regular maintenance, which includes overlooking and taking care of the extended driving miles.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

  • The first 24 hours is free cancellation (full refund) if the Van is booked more than 14 days before pick up. 

  • If the cancellation is made more than 14 days before pickup, we provide a 75% refund. 

  • If the cancellation is made within 14 days before pickup, we provide a 50% refund. 

  • Can I rebook my trip? No, we do not offer rebooking. You can only cancel and book new dates of your trip.

Return Process:

  1. Fuel Requirement: Please return the van with a full tank of gas. (or $70 will applied in the case of returning Van without full tank)

  2. Condition Documentation: Take 5 clear pictures of the van to document its condition. These should include:

    • Front view

    • Both side views

    • Rear view

    • Dashboard showing the full fuel tank and current mileage

  3. Return Location: Return the van to the original pickup location in Astoria. If the van was delivered to an airport, and you wish to drop Van at the airport same delivery fee will be applied for the return. Fees for late arrival and late return (see rates)

In Case of Damage:

  • If the van has been damaged, please contact Allyouneedvan immediately to report the damage. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ensure proper handling and assessment of the situation.
