How many adults can the van accommodate?

4 Adults, 2 sleeping within the vehicle, and 2 sleeping in the roof nest


Does it get hot inside the van during summer?

Our van has a Dual air conditioner and interior fans inside to keep the vans cool during the night. We have happy customers all year round enjoying the road trip

Where can I park the van overnight?

You can use any parking lot by Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, or any big shopping mall for free overnight parking or use camp sides (max. $30/night) or RV camps on your trip when you need to take a good hot shower.

Can I rebook my trip?

No, we do not offer rebooking. You can only cancel and book new dates of your trip.

Do I get the exact Van I booked for?

Yes, we will do everything possible to prepare the Van you booked, but we have a right to provide a subsidiary Van that sleeps exactly 4 adults with comfort and has the same list of included items for your planned trip in case your Van has necessary maintenance duty in the busy season.

Can you deliver the van?

Yes, we can deliver the van to:

- JFK Airport for $75

- Newark Airport for $95

- Philadelphia Airport for $125

How many different people can drive the van?

Only the driver who has purchased the rental and the insurance coverage is responsible for the vehicle, but there is the option to add 1 to 3 additional drivers for a protection and verification fee of $30 per person.

Is smoking inside the van allowed?

No, there is a penalty fee of $250 for smoking inside.

Can I go off-road with the van?

No, you cannot go any off-road with our Van. Van is only suitable for publicly accessible paved roads.

In the case of off-road use, any insurance or road assistance purchased will be rendered void.

What if I have a breakdown or accident while using the van?

In the case of an emergency call 911, we also provide assistance up to the terms of your purchased insurance.

What are the pick up / drop off times?

- Pick up by 11 am and return by 11 am

- Late return: $20 For the first hour, $40 for the second hour and more.

Do I need an international driver’s license to drive the van?

Nope, you only need a regular valid driver’s license from your country and you do not need a special license to drive a van in the USA

Can I bring my pet on the trip?

Pets on board are welcome, however, to prepare the vehicle for future customers, we will charge a $475 fee to cover the additional 24-hour professional cleaning service and disinfection.

What is the maximum speed of the vehicle?

Because of the RoofNest attachment on the roof of the car adding an additional 170 lbs, the maximum speed of the vehicle is 125 km/hr (77mph)

Be extra careful in the curves and changing the lines with the speed of the Van.
